Our diversified portfolio consists of hydroelectric, wind, solar, distributed energy and sustainable solutions across five continents. Investors can access its portfolio either through Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. (NYSE: BEP; TSX: BEP.UN)(“BEP”), a Bermuda -based limited partnership, or Brookfield Renewable Corporation (NYSE, TSX: BEPC)(“BEPC”), a Canadian corporation. BEPC was created to provide investors with greater flexibility in how they access BEP’s globally diversified portfolio of high-quality renewable power assets. Class A shares of BEPC are structured to provide an economic return equivalent to BEP units through a traditional corporate structure. Each BEPC Class A share has same distribution as a BEP unit, and is exchangeable, at the shareholders option, for one BEP unit.
Brookfield Renewable Partners’ LP units are listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol BEP and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol BEP.UN.
The Series 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 preferred shares are listed on the TSX under the symbol BRF.PR.A, BRF.PR.B, BRF.PR.C, BRF.PR.E and BRF.PR.F, respectively. The Series 5, 7 and 9 preferred LP units are listed on the TSX under the symbol BEP.PR.E, BEP.PR.G and BEP.PR.I, respectively.
Brookfield Renewable Partners began trading on the TSX in November 2011 and on the NYSE in June 2013.
Our fiscal year-end is December 31.
