Board of Directors
Jeffrey Blidner has served as a director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since August 2011 and Chair of its Board of Directors since November 2011. Mr. Blidner is Vice Chair of Brookfield and former Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Private Funds. Mr. Blidner is also Chair of Brookfield Business Partners and a director of Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. Before joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a senior partner at a Canadian law firm.
Scott Cutler has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since November 2020. Mr. Cutler is the Chief Executive Officer of StockX, a leading e-commerce. Prior to joining StockX, Mr. Cutler served as Senior Vice President of the Americas at eBay, Inc., from 2017- 2019. From 2015- 2017, he served as President of StubHub. Before joining StubHub, Mr. Cutler spent nine years as Executive Vice President at the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Cutler holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He currently serves on the boards of Brookfield Renewable Partners, Brookfield Renewable Corporation, Vibrant Emotional Health, and is a trustee on the National Advisory Committee for his alma mater BYU. Before joining the Board of Brookfield Renewable Mr. Cutler served on the Board of Brookfield Property Partners.
Member of the Nominating and Governance Committee
Nancy Dorn has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since July 2019. Ms. Dorn is a retired corporate executive and U.S. government official now serving on several private sector, governmental and non-profit boards. Ms. Dorn retired from the General Electric Company in 2017 after serving for 14 years as head of the companys government affairs and policy group. Prior to her career at the General Electric Company, she served in a number of high-ranking positions in the U.S. Government, including as Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget under President George W. Bush and Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) under President George H.W. Bush. She also worked in the Reagan Administration as Special Assistant to the President and in the State and Defense Departments. Ms. Dorn also serves on the Board of Governors of the Argonne National Laboratory and on the St. Simons Island Land Trust in St. Simons, Georgia.

Lou Maroun has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since August 2011. Mr. Maroun is the Chairman of Sigma Real Estate Advisors and Sigma Capital Corporation. Prior to that, he was the Executive Chairman of ING Real Estate Canada and held executive positions in a number of real estate companies. Mr. Maroun is a director of Brookfield Property Partners, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is also a Chairman of the Board of Trustees and a member of the Compensation Committee of Summit Industrial Income REIT.

Stephen Westwell has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since July 2019. Mr. Westwell was the Chief Executive Officer of EFR Group BV, a European fuel distributor and retailer, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Silver Ridge Power, a global solar power company. He held various management and executive positions for BP plc in South Africa, the U.S. and the U.K., including as Chief Executive Officer of BP Solar and Chief Executive Officer for BP Alternative Energy. He served as Group Chief of Staff and member of BP Plc’s executive management team in the U.K, and has also worked for Eskom Holdings Ltd., the South African power utility, in several operational capacities. Mr. Westwell is a director and member of the Audit Committee, the Safety, Social and Ethics Committee, the Capital Investment Committee and is Chairman of the Digital, Information Management and Hedging Committee of Sasol Pty Ltd, a global oil and chemical company. He is a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Control Risks Pty Ltd, a specialist global risk consultancy.
Chair and Designated Financial Expert of the Audit Committee
Patricia Zuccotti has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since November 2011. Ms. Zuccotti was formerly Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Expedia from 2005 to 2011. Prior to joining Expedia, Ms. Zuccotti was the Director, Enterprise Risk Services of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2003 to 2005. Ms. Zuccotti is also a director of Brookfield Business Partners where she is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Dr. Sarah Deasley has been a director of the Corporation since May 5, 2022 and is also a director of the general partner of BEP. Dr. Deasley began her career as an economist with the UK’s newly created electricity regulator before moving to consultancy in 1994. She is recognised for her work on the implications of the move to a low-carbon economy, including in the areas of hydrogen transition, renewables, CCUS and heat decarbonisation. She was appointed an Executive Director of Frontier Economics, one of Europe’s largest economic consultancies, in 2013 where she focuses predominantly on the energy sector and was also appointed as a Non-Executive Director at the North Sea Transition Authority in 2020 where she serves on Nomination, Remuneration and the Audit and Risk Committees. Dr. Deasley has served as a trustee of Sustainability First since 2015 and a member of Carbon Connect’s Advisory Board since 2018. Dr. Deasley has a PhD in Economics from Imperial College, London.
